Choices can be risky, renting a movie shouldn't be. So, if for any reason your movie rental isn't everything you hoped, stop the movie within the first 30 minutes and contact us within 24 hours of stopping that particular movie to get a credit equal to the rental purchase price to use towards another movie rental*.

Any movie title currently available on Vudu for rental in either SD, HDX, or UHD quality is eligible.
Movie rental purchase must occur on Vudu platform.
Customer must have a Vudu-enabled device and a valid Vudu account in good standing to be eligible. Must be over 18 years or older to have a Vudu account.
Movie rental must be stopped within the first thirty (30 minutes of the movie as determined by the start and stop time indicated by Vudu platform; Vudu platform or that of its service provider is the official timekeeper for Rental Redo. Vudu reserves the right to confirm or deny the movie rental transaction and eligibility.
Customer must contact Vudu within 24 hours from the stoppage of the movie rental via the toll-free Customer Care line at 1-888-554-8838 between the hours of 7am-12am PST or email at [email protected].
If eligibility is verified and confirmed, the movie rental will be removed from the customer's account and a credit equal to the rental purchase price paid by the customer for that movie rental will be deposited into the user's Vudu account. If the rental window has not ended, the customer forfeits any time remaining in the movie rental window.
Vudu has the final decision and full discretion on any Rental Redo credit and eligibility.
How to contact Vudu for your Rental Redo:
Contact Vudu within 24 hours from the stoppage of the movie rental via the toll-free Customer Care line at 1-888-554-8838 between the hours of 7am-12am PST or email at [email protected], with the movie rental purchase you are requesting to redo.
Vudu will verify and, if approved, will issue credit equal to the value of your rental purchase directly into your Vudu account within 24 hours of receiving the initial Rental Redo request from the customer.
Rental Redo is only valid for rental purchases and is not valid for owned purchases.
Movie rentals that have been downloaded are not eligible.
Rental Redo is eligible only once per movie.
Rental Redo is limited to four (4) movie rental purchases per calendar month.
Not eligible in instances of fraudulent purchases as determined by Vudu.
Vudu reserves the right to update or modify this Rental Redo policy at any time. Further, Vudu reserves the right to cancel the rental redo policy at any time.
Vudu's Rental Low Price Promise Policy
Vudu is committed to providing low prices every day on rentals.* So if you find a lower price from Amazon or iTunes on an identical, in-stock movie rental, call Vudu and we will credit your Vudu account with the difference in price.*Vudu does not match prices on items purchased from Vudu that later decrease in price (including, without limitation, price reductions and sales).
The following limitations apply:
The movie rental must have been purchased by the customer on the Vudu platform.
The movie rental must be sold and fulfilled by one of these streaming platforms: Amazon or iTunes.
The movie rental must be identical, (i.e., streaming quality such as SD, HDX, UHD, edition (such as director's extended, theatrical, etc.)). Vudu reserves the right to verify the price and availability of the identical movie rental.
The movie rental must be available on Amazon or iTunes and on Vudu at the time of the price match request.
The customer must contact Vudu within 24 hours from renting the movie at the toll-free Customer Care line at 1-888-554-8838 between the hours of 7am-12am PST, while the lower price is verifiable on Amazon or iTunes.
If eligible, the customer will receive a credit to the customer's Vudu account in an amount equal to the difference between the Vudu movie rental price paid by the customer and the lower price for the identical movie rental on Amazon or iTunes.
Sorry, Vudu does not match:
Rentals on Vudu that later decrease in price
Discounts applied at checkout
Offers advertised as percentage off or dollar off (e.g., "15% off" or "$5 off"
Rentals requiring memberships
Prices that cannot be determined independent of other items (e.g., fees)
Other offers, including, without limitation, bundle offers, rebates, coupons, mail-in offers, offers that include financing, or any other combination of offers
Prices that require a minimum quantity purchase
No price matches on items related to Cyber Week, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve
